Join our training programme that offers new perspectives on work culture and employment!  Develop your entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and skills to thrive in a culture that highly values entrepreneurial thinking and self-confidence.  
The programme is free of charge!

The programme is intended for young people (aged 25 or under) with an immigrant background and takes place in Finland (South Karelia) and Latvia (Riga). It also includes a cross-border workshop in Riga, where students from Finland travel free of charge. 

The programme starts 12.1.2026. It includes 4 face-to-face working days, inspiring self-study tasks and mentor support. The training and all the materials are in English. 
 
Face-to-face working days in Finland: 
15.1., 5.2.,19.2 and 26.3. (from 9 to 16) 

Face-to-face working days in Latvia: 
24.-25.1., 7.-8.2. (from 10 to 16:30)  

Cross-border workshop in Riga 9.-11.3.
