January was an active month: 3 thematic seminars were held
Yes, the partners held 3 seminars in January. For the first time, Ukrainian women from Latvia and Estonia met in person in Riga. Creating effective text and visual content was the theme of this event. The first speaker was Michelle Shehurina, a well-known expert in sales on social networks in Latvia, who spoke about the now so popular artificial intelligence and demonstrated on the spot how to use neural networks. The seminar participants had the opportunity to immediately try to create both text and image.
After a coffee break, the speaker presented techniques and life hacks for writing selling texts, and then the founder of the psychology studio “Balerss” introduced Ukrainian women to her activities, focusing on transformational games. It was the games that served as the basis for further work in teams. And our participants worked on the rise, with passion and imagination! And the presentations turned out just great.
This event was followed by 2 seminars in the now popular online environment. The first of them – “Promotion of goods and services in social networks” – was carried out by the Estonian project partner, the second – “Launching email campaigns using the example of Mailchimp” – was conducted by the Latvian team. The speakers shared step by step methods and techniques that allowed seminars’ participants to effectively promote goods and services on the Internet. Some of them served as a real discovery for those present on Zoom.
The highlight of the month was the speech of Oksana Vasyukevich, a participant in the project, who spoke with inspiration about her impressive experience working with artificial intelligence and generously shared life hacks. In our busy schedule, we also found time to talk about the specifics of employment in Latvia, including opportunities specifically for Ukrainians.
