Make a Difference — Become a Mentor!

Are you an entrepreneur who wants to make a real impact? Are you ready to give back and motivate others? Join us in empowering young people with a migrant background as they take their first steps into the entrepreneurial world.

By sharing your experience and insights, you’ll help them build confidence, discover their own potential, and develop skills for the future work life. We believe that passionate, open-minded entrepreneurs provide the best guidance and community support, as well as inspire the next generation to dream bigger.

Mentoring is voluntary work, but it is rewarding in many ways. It offers a chance to inspire and empower young people — and to make a meaningful social impact while gaining new perspectives on your own entrepreneurial journey. You might even receive some valuable “out-of-the-box” feedback about yourself.

Join us in building tools for the future of working life. Mentoring includes 2 joint meetings for the whole group of mentors and mentees and 3 personal meetings between each pair. The joint meetings open and finalise mentoring. The dates will be announced later. The mentee and mentor agree upon the date and place of personal meetings in private.
