Season’s Greetings – year 2025 has finalized the TransFarm project!

At the end of year 2025, all TransFarm aquaponic demo systems are up and running, and the TransFarm teams have focused in monitoring of their systems, ensuring that the systems work in optimized and balanced ways. Just in couple of days it is Christmas time, and the project teams will take a breather before starting to finalize and closure period of the TransFarm project in January-February 2026.

This means also that some new materials will be published in this TransFarm web space – currently we have already published almost 20 informative documents, which provide the essential knowledge and guidelines for setting up an aquaponic farming system. Key documents of water, fish and plant management are published in English and in all languages of partnering countries – in Estonian, in Finnish, in Latvian and in Swedish. These documents provide interesting readings for the Christmas holidays if you have interest and plans to get into aquaponic farming.
