The ICC initiative supports SMEs from the Central Baltic region — Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia — in breaking into high-potential markets such as Singapore, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia. Through 2025–2028, ICC orchestrates hands-on export actions built on three key themes:
- Green Singapore 2030
- Saudi Vision 2030
- Philippine Development Plan 2024–2028
We harness established local networks, expert partners, and curated business missions to help you connect with customers in these growth markets. By project’s end, we expect not only individual contracts between SMEs and target-market clients, but also cross-border knowledge sharing and coordinated Nordic-Baltic offers.
Who can join — and why it’s worth it
If your company is based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia or Latvia, you may be eligible to take part. The criteria include:
- Registered in one of the four partner countries
- At least one year of operations (some flexibility possible)
- No affiliations with Russia or Belarus
- Able to designate a project contact person
- Qualify as an SME under EU definitions (less than 250 employees; turnover ≤ €50 million or balance sheet total ≤ €43 million)
- You already have a product or service ready to export
- You have sufficient financial readiness to scale internationally
