The Swedish HealthTech company Sprint Bioscience AB announces that they have sold its cancer program TREX1 to the US-based company Gilead Sciences, Inc. The deal includes an upfront payment of USD 14 million with a potential milestone payments linked to clinical, regulatory and commercial progress, which could reach up to USD 400 million.
