You can submit your regular project proposals from April 9th
As of April 9th, Jems, our electronic submission system, is eagerly awaiting your project applications for the Central Baltic Programme’s Fourth call for regular projects.
This call offers two distinct opportunities for regular project submissions:
1) Call for Regular Project Proposals: Calling all project partners from the Programme area to join in.
2) Targeted Call: Specifically for projects with partners from EU external border regions.
The submission timeline consists of two steps:
- First Step (Regular projects): April 9 to April 30, 2024 (noon EET). The deadline is noon in Finland, Estonia and Latvia and at 11:00 in Sweden.
- Second Step (Selected regular projects): October 10 to October 31, 2024.
In the first step, regular project applications can be submitted under all seven Programme Objectives:
Guidance material is essential for your success!
Make sure to utilise the Guide for Applying for a Regular Project 5.0, conveniently accessible on our applicant page, as you complete your project application in Jems. This resource serves as your trusted companion, offering valuable assistance throughout the application process.
Consider the feedback provided during the consultations
The programme strongly advises having at least one, preferably several project idea consultations before applying for funding. Since new consultations end two weeks before the call deadline, you can still arrange a consultation until April 16th.
After this date, the Joint Secretariat prioritises support for projects that have already had consultations and assists them with practical questions about completing the application form.
Good luck with submitting your applications. Let your project shine in Jems!
