Project Objectives

    SILVERSKILL aims to increase employment rates among silver talent by equipping them with in-demand skills and knowledge.​​

    The project promotes entrepreneurship by providing individuals with the necessary tools and improving participants competitiveness on the labour market.​​

  3. Improved Competitiveness
    By enhancing digital and entrepreneurial skills, participants will become more competitive in the labour market, opening up new opportunities.​

Project Target group

SILVERSKILL, which aims to develop the entrepreneurial and digital competences and green skills of seniors (50+), promoting their opportunities to enter the labour market in Estonia and Finland​.

    Training materials and tools will be added to project site which is free and open to everyone.​
