On October 12th, 2024, the CulDif project held its third meeting in Narva/VitaTiim, focusing on self-mapping and understanding personal values. Special thanks to our guest trainer, Mona Mägi Soomer, a professional in self-mapping, communication, and cooperation skills, who led the session and provided valuable insights.

Key highlights of the session included:

  • Self-Mapping: Participants discovered their strengths and values, enhancing their self-awareness and understanding of what is important to them.
  • Teamwork Dynamics: The meeting emphasized the importance of teamwork, with activities designed to understand cooperation and empathy in group settings.
  • Mini-Teams: Participants formed mini-teams to tackle specific tasks and challenges, promoting collaboration and communication skills.

The feedback from participants reflected valuable learnings around teamwork, empathy, critical thinking, and the importance of communication in today’s world. Many expressed appreciation for gaining insights into essential life skills and developing a clearer understanding of their strongest attributes.
