From Idea to Reality: Learning from Local Entrepreneurs
On February 22nd, CulDif participants in Narva gathered for an exciting and insightful session, combining real-life entrepreneurship stories, cross-border collaboration, and teamwork development.
The highlight of the morning was a guest talk from Olesja Ignatjeva, a successful entrepreneur and owner of Bublik Cafe and BRO Cafe in Narva. As one of the most well-known business owners in the city, she shared her journey of building and managing two thriving cafes. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, gaining firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities of running a business locally.
Afternoon the focus shifted to international collaboration. Both groups from VitaTiim (Narva) SAMK (Pori) joined an online session with together, where they presented and analyzed their business idea videos. This interactive session helped participants refine their ideas and exchange valuable feedback across borders.
End of the day, students took part in a fun and insightful “Read the Person” game. This activity challenged their ability to interpret and understand others as an essential skill for both entrepreneurs and professionals.
This meeting was a perfect blend of practical business insights, teamwork, and international cooperation, bringing participants one step closer to their entrepreneurial goals.
