Expected results

During the project, 60 young people will participate in the activities. They will complete short competence modules, develop their entrepreneurial skills, and have the opportunity to start a JA (Junior Achievement) company or become entrepreneurs after the project ends.

The activities are based on creative and proven teaching methods. These include, for example, in-person and remote sessions, visits to educational institutions and businesses, and examples of youth entrepreneurship. In addition, young people are offered strong personal and peer-based support, even across borders. The goal is to strengthen young people’s entrepreneurial skills and support their transition into the workforce.

Cooperation between Finland and Estonia expands young people’s opportunities in international markets and improves their employability. The project partners include experts in entrepreneurship education and youth work from South Savo (FI), Kymenlaakso (FI), and Tallinn (EE). This collaboration enables the sharing of best practices both regionally and internationally, leading to more effective operating models and better results.
