It’s time to submit a project proposal in Jems
The electronic system Jems is open for submitting small and regular project applications to the Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 second call for project proposals.
Applications to the second call for project proposals are to be submitted between 20 February and 10 March 2023. The opening and closing dates are the same for both types of project proposals. The deadline is 12:00 Eastern European Time (12:00 in Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Latvia and 11:00 in Sweden.
The second call is open across all Programme Objectives. We strongly recommend that you do not delay your submission until the last minute of the call.
