Overview of the Received Applications in the Fourth Call

We have prepared an overview of the project applications received during the Fourth Call for Project Proposals. The submission period was open from October 10 until October 31, noon EET.

For regular projects, this was the second and final step of the call. Proposals were submitted for two types of calls: regular and targeted. For small projects, this was the only step, requiring the submission of the full application for funding.

Received Applications

The programme received a total of 72 project proposals by the deadline:

  • 40 regular projects
  • 32 small projects

These applications aim to improve business development, the environment, employment opportunities, and public services, reflecting interest in all seven Programme Objectives.

In total, there are 274 partners across all project proposals, all aiming to improve our regions better. Have a look at the overview below for more detailed information about the origin of partners in the applications.

Statistical Overview

A statistical overview of the received applications in the Fourth call for applications can be found below. The overview of the received applications is based on data entered by applicants into Jems: submitted applications are broken down by Programme Objectives, partner origins and roles in the applications.

Next Steps

The Joint Secretariat will assess the received applications. The Monitoring Committee, consisting of representatives from each participating Member State, will make the final decisions during their meeting in Latvia on February 26-27, 2025.

At this meeting, the Monitoring Committee will decide which project applications will be approved or rejected, including both regular projects in the second step and small project proposals. Following the decisions, the list of approved regular and small project acronyms will be promptly published on the programme’s website.
