From May 14th to 16th, CulDif participants from Finland and Estonia came together in Narva for conclude the learning phase of the project. Over the days, they explored entrepreneurship, shared their progress, and celebrated everything they’ve achieved throughout the year.

The final event kicked off with energy, as our Finnish partners from Satakunta University arrived in Narva to join the Estonian team at VitaTiim. Together, they dove into the final round of interactive activities, combining real life business cases with practical learning.

On May 15th, the day was dedicated to a Hackathon, led by Junior Achievement Alumni. Participants formed international teams and worked on developing their business ideas. Through the day, they focused on topics like market research, understanding target audiences, analyzing competitors, and building strong marketing and branding strategies.

In the afternoon, each team presented their outcomes and received feedback. The day ended with a certificate ceremony, recognizing their hard work and growth throughout the CulDif journey.

The final meeting was full of reflection, action, and excitement. It showed that through collaboration, creativity, and support, young people from different backgrounds can truly work together. While the administrative part of the project continues, this event marked the end of an exciting and hands on chapter with its impact and energy continuing far beyond.
