CulDif Project Brings Estonia and Finland Together for a face-to-face collaboration
On December 12, the CulDif project participants from VitaTiim (Narva, Estonia) and SAMK (Pori, Finland) met in person for the first time. Nearly 40 participants came together in Pori for a day full of learning, creativity, and collaboration.
The day began with sessions on business idea development and pitching skills, helping participants sharpen their entrepreneurial thinking. Experts Pasi Rantanen, Olga Bogdanova, and Chinmay Deshmukh shared valuable insights on financial management. Afterward, students took on a “shark tank” challenge, pitching their ideas to impress potential investors.
In the afternoon, Ali Tavakoli from SAMK introduced a fun and creative task: building sliding wind cars, designing branding, and pitching their products to customers. This 30-minute activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Participants learned marketing, sales, and how to present their ideas effectively, all while having fun.
Despite the packed schedule, everyone enjoyed the day and ended it with a pizza hangout in Pori Center. The workshop left participants excited for the next face-to-face meeting in Narva, Estonia, scheduled for May 2025.
At CulDif, we combine learning with fun, making sure our participants not only gain valuable skills but also create meaningful connections and memories. This event proved the success of our cross-border collaboration, and we can’t wait for more.
