Steps:
– Enrol on the introduction day: Teija Nuurma (teija.nuurma@samk.fi)
– Enrol in the online, free course and take the course https://samkmoodle.samk.fi/enrol/index.php?id=527 (course key tour4youth)

Gains for you:
– Increase skills in career management
– Achieve 5 skills badges and a certificate from the online course
– Ready for meeting the employees and taking a financially and personally supported traineeship (4-8 weeks) either locally or internationally

Program 9-16:
– Introduction to the Tour4Youth program
– International employment and traineeships by International House Pori
– Introduction of traineeship places by Satasirkus and the project
– Peer support and discussions
– Guided support to the day and program
