Applications open for Social Business Academy Cycle 2
This autumn, the Social Business Academy returns, introducing young people to social entrepreneurship.
We’re excited to announce that applications are now open and we’re seeking participants aged 18-24 from Latvia and Finland, who are passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability, and innovative solutions. Social Business Academy is a great first step for people who wish to learn how to start a business and create a positive impact.
Here’s what to expect:
Bootcamp 🎯
2 in-person days in Balvi/Lahti
- Intro to the program and social entrepreneurship
- Start to develop your business idea with the help of mentors
6 online sessions (on weekends) and mentoring over 3 weeks
- Gain practical business knowledge and skills (sales, finances, pitching, etc.)
- Learn how to create and develop your business model using tools like Business Model Canva and Problem Tree
- Continue working on your social business idea with mentors’ assistance
3-day Leadership Camp 🌟
- Travel to Estonia to connect with other program participants from Latvia/Finland
- Get inspired and continue learning
- Pitch your social business idea
Innovation Lab 💡
After completing the core training, the most motivated participants will have a chance to access personalized 1:1 mentorship to continue developing their social business ideas.
We cover transport costs and provide accommodation and meals during the in-person sessions.
