On April 8, from 10-12 am, the Business Forum Bridging Borders: AI, Education & Global Business Cooperation will take place at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK) in Pori, Finland. Organized within the framework of the LEF Network Azerbaijan project, in collaboration with the SAMK International Staff Week program, the forum will bring together business professionals, educators, and academics from Azerbaijan, Finland, and beyond to explore the intersection of education, artificial intelligence, and global business cooperation.

Keynote speeches will feature renowned entrepreneur Peter Vesterbacka, industry experts, and academics, offering insights into international collaboration, AI-driven transformations in education, and the integration of business and technology in the global market.

The forum will provide a unique opportunity for Azerbaijani business representatives, along with international partners from SAMK’s global network, to engage in discussions on how AI is shaping education and workforce development, as well as the evolving role of international collaboration in business and academia. The forum will serve as a platform to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging opportunities, and strengthen cooperation between participating countries. It will also provide a networking space for business leaders, educators, and policymakers to engage in cross-sectoral discussions, explore AI applications, and establish new partnerships.

The Forum is organized in the framework of the LEF Network Azerbaijan project, funded by the Central Baltic Programme. The aim of the project is to develop ICT, education and green technology exports to Azerbaijan. The project is led by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with partners – Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and Caspian Energy Club.
