News: The eagerly awaited #CreativeGPS training program started in Latvia, Estonia and Finland!

NEW JOURNEY HAS BEGUN! 🚀
At the end of October 2024, our passionate arts, culture, and creative sector professionals started their journeys for career upskilling in CreativeGPS training program! The journey will unfold in parallel in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland. The program envisions both country-specific and joint sessions enabling international peer learning.

LATVIA
On October 29th, 22 professionals met in Riga, Latvia, for their kick-off meeting.

What did the participants do?
🔸learnt more about the program timeline, experts involved, and what is expected from the participants,
🔸defined their goals for the upcoming training program using the SMART goal principle,
🔸got to know each other better and started building connections to boost their career!

The program kick-off session was led by the energetic Latvian participant coordinator Kristina Virse!

FINLAND
In Finland, the eagerly awaited CreativeGPS training program started on October 30th!
24 professionals from the arts, culture, and event industry met and started career sparring together.

🥳 🥳 The kick-off meeting was full of enthusiasm and the joyful atmosphere of meeting one’s own tribe!
The group was tuned and led on a shared journey by Anna Jussilainen (solution-oriented coach, MA, MA).

ESTONIA
In Estonia, the eagerly awaited CreativeGPS training program kicked off on October 31st!

The 22 local participants spent an exciting afternoon at the premises of project partner Tallinn Business Incubator.
