What was said before the trip.

Max Sugarman, Chief Executive of Intelligent Transport Systems UK, commented: “When it comes to ITS and intelligent mobility, the three nations have so much we can learn from one another – whether that’s better use of data, integrating our transport networks, or improving the efficiency of logistics and freight industries.”

Lili Kuusk, Head of ITS Estonia, highlighted the mission’s strategic value: “The UK business mission provides an excellent opportunity for Estonian and Finnish ITS companies to expand our networks, gain strategic insights into the UK market. Some of our ITS Estonia members are already active in the UK market, but we have such innovative solutions and products to offer that we are eager to introduce them on-site and further grow the presence of our companies in the region.”

Marko Forsblom, CEO of ITS Finland, emphasised the importance of collaboration: “This Finnish-Estonian visit to the UK provides a valuable opportunity to explore these solutions in practice and identify potential areas for collaboration. Finnish and Estonian companies have the expertise to complement the needs of the UK’s transport and mobility sector, and we look forward to strengthening partnerships through our close cooperation with ITS UK.”

Workshop – Day 1 | Estonian Ambassador’s recidence In London

A huge thank you to Intelligent Transport Systems UK (ITS UK) for hosting this event—we truly appreciate your hospitality and collaboration! first day the Workshop The Estonian-Finnish business delegation kicks off its visit to the UK with an exclusive training day.

Estonian Ambassador to the UK, Mr. Viljar Lubi, welcomes the delegation at the Estonian London Ambassador’s residence, setting the stage for an insightful and productive week ahead. UK-Specific Pitch Training by Ashley Ward Coach. Our trainer, Ashley Ward, shared his thoughts on the importance of the training: “These two great countries of Finland and Estonia are widely acknowledged as great innovators and it’s important we bring their entrepreneurs the best possible guidance for commercial progress in the UK. The training is designed to provide guidance on mapping the relevant market and how best to engage with the people who will make the decisions to partner with these companies or buy their products and services. The approach uses some conventional sales wisdom and is combined with guidance towards the emotional engagement of the people they approach”.

Interchange 25 – Day 2 in Manchester!


The second day of the business delegation is well underway in Manchester, featuring participation in Interchange 25 & ITS UK Conference. Manchester Central Convention Complex. We’d be happy to connect during the conference. This collaborative effort is made possible with the support of key stakeholders, including ITS UK.
