Recruitment for the second WoDiLab participant group is now open
The WoDiLab – Women’s Digital Course Creation Lab – project is launching recruitment for its second participant group, inviting women aged 40+ from Latvia and Estonia to join the programme.
Applications are open until 26 April 2026.
The second WoDiLab group will begin on 4 May 2026 and will run for 16 weeks, offering a structured and supportive journey for participants to develop their own digital course or online product.
WoDiLab is designed to empower women to turn their knowledge, experience, and ideas into income-generating digital products. Throughout the programme, participants will learn how to define a clear course idea, validate it using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, and bring it to market efficiently. This approach helps participants avoid overcomplicating their first product and instead focus on testing and refining their idea through real market feedback .
Participants will work step by step through the process of:
- identifying a profitable niche and target audience,
- defining a clear outcome (core solution) for their course,
- structuring their course content,
- and creating their first sales-ready offer.
A strong emphasis is placed on practical action and fast implementation. Instead of building a complex product from the start, participants are encouraged to launch a simple version first and improve it over time based on customer feedback .
The programme includes:
- online training sessions,
- practical worksheets and milestones,
- mentoring and group support,
- and a final “kick-out” event celebrating participants’ results.
Just like the first group, the second cohort will bring together participants from both countries, fostering cross-border collaboration, peer learning, and exchange of experiences.
WoDiLab is implemented within the Interreg Central Baltic Programme and aims to support women in strengthening their digital and entrepreneurial skills, increasing their participation in the labour market and business creation.
