Reliable integration information in one application – VINCE at the Integration 2024 event
In the VINCE project we want to transfer vital information to support integration into the virtual, digital world. We are creating a virtual platform, an application, that integrates various digital information into one digital platform. To ensure we are doing the right things, we work together with migrants in all phases of the development work.
With the application, migrants and organisations serving migrants, will have access to cross-border, high-quality information that support the migrant integration.
Reliable integration information in one application
The development work for the application itself has already come far. There are still features and technical details to be designed and solved but we are happy to put the application demo to test at the Integration 2024 event in Turku, 14-15.11.2024. Hope you had a chance to see it for yourself and give feedback to us!
The VINCE application will have a range of
- AI powered information on services & translations
- Virtual spaces
Information searching in the application is based on
- Using OpenAI
- AI being used to fetch, sort and filter information from trusted online sources.
Ther user can select a topic to get started, or type or speak their question directly. The information base in the application is updated automatically.
AI based translations
By using Open AI, the content in the application will be available in +50 different languages.
AI is used to:
- Translate the app’s user interface
- Translate and present searched information in the user’s preferred language
- Translate and read out loud the user’s own input, text and speech.
Virtual spaces to enhance accessibility, engagement, and interaction
The VINCE application will also offer various visually interesting and engaging virtual spaces.
Virtual spaces can enable:
- Virtual counselling
- Events
- Hang outs
- Meeting new people
- Language classes
- Info sessions
- and much more.
Easy, free, reliable and always with you
Our mission is to offer a free and easy to use application offering key information supporting migrants to settle into their new country. A service that is reliable, always with you on your mobile, and in your own language.
Please note! The application development is still work in progress. Changes in the details are more than likely.
