The EASWork final seminar 26.2.25

The EASWork project held a successful final hybrid seminar, bringing together researchers, company representatives and individuals with migrant backgrounds to discuss the realities and future of working life in Finland and Estonia.

The afternoon featured thought-provoking presentations on the project’s key findings, as well as reflections from both employers and employees on how inclusion can be improved in the workplace. The event sparked important conversations and gave us new ideas and motivation for the work ahead.
