The project arranged a networking event where the companies and Japanese target groups were pitching and presentations were given of the  Green transfer, digital solutions and Sustainability.

A visit to Kyoto Research Park and ACT Kyoto was arranged on the Kyoto day. In Kyoto there were meetings with tech companies and the research park. Some of them will also participate to Slush in Helsinki in late November.

FINESTJAPAN-project, a Central Baltic program project, aims to enhance Finnish and Estonian Green Tech SMEs to achieve a new business deal in the Japanese market. A secondary target is to introduce marketing or organizational innovation aiming at the Japanese market, such as to apply new marketing approaches. The SMEs will also gain knowledge of the Japanese business culture and obtain visibility in Japan together with other participating companies in the project.
