The session began with a thought-provoking discussion led by Jussi Haavisto from Kasvussa Oy, focusing on the essential skills needed in today’s working life. The conversation explored the principles of dialogue, emphasizing how it differs from traditional debate and its crucial role in fostering collaboration and understanding.
Tuuli-Emily Liivat, led a part on entrepreneurship and motivation, focusing on the key factors behind successful entrepreneurship. Timo Nevalainen from Proakatemia, TAMK, provided valuable insights into Self-Determination Theory and its application in everyday life and the workplace.

The second session expanded on these themes with deeper dives into leadership, productivity, and HR.
Evgenija Pulke, Sales Director of the ATTA Centre in Riga, shared her inspiring journey from student to Sales director. She emphasized the power of leadership and practical teamwork strategies, tackling following questions: How can we overcome the toughest challenges in our work? Why is passion-driven leadership the key to turning strategy into action?
Omari Loid, Co-founder and CEO of Praktikal, Estonia, explored how to get things done, how stay focused and make the most of your day. She led the discussion of How to conquer “Productivity Monsters” and avoid overthinking? On his session participants interactively planned their ideal workday and leveraging productivity zones.
Karolin Brutus, Educator and HR specialist from Tartu Vocational College unraveled the complex role of HR, highlighting HR as teacher and a coach. Karolin also addressed common myths about HR work, delving into its toughest challenges, and explored how advancements in AI are reshaping human resource management.
These online sessions reinforced the importance of collaboration, continuous skill development, and strategic leadership. With the right mindset and tools, success becomes unstoppable.
