WSM Project Steering Committee Meeting Brings Together Key Stakeholders

In October 2024, a significant meeting of the Steering Committee of the WSM (Water Safety methodology) project, part of the Central Baltic Partnership programme, took place in Estonia.

During the meeting, the WSM team presented key project developments and engaged in productive discussions with representatives of important national stakeholders, including Estonian Rescue Department (Päästeamet), the Police and Border Guard Board (PPA), the Ministry of Education and Research, Estonian Rescue Association (Päästeliit), and IZUM (Non-formal education expert organisation).

Their insights and feedback are essential to ensuring that the project aligns with Estonia’s national strategies in safety culture and emergency preparedness in schools.

We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their engagement, valuable contributions, and shared commitment to fostering a safer educational environment in Estonia.
