Intelligent Connected Cities (ICC) is a cross-border project that strengthens the global competitiveness of SMEs from the Central Baltic region.

By connecting SMEs with major urban development “megaprojects,” ICC creates direct opportunities for sales, contracts, and international growth.
The initiative emphasizes sustainability, aligning business activities with global goals while fostering long-term economic development.

Through digital portfolios, strategic partnerships, targeted training, and collaboration with EPC companies, ICC engages over 80 SMEs with the aim of securing 20 international contracts.

Building on cooperation between Finland, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia, the project leverages regional strengths to overcome global market barriers and position Central Baltic SMEs at the forefront of sustainable urban innovation.
