The purpose of this project is to support young people in Estonia and Åland by giving them entrepreneurial skills and showing that entrepreneurship can be a real career path. Many of them want to work but don’t know where to start and are unsure about running a business. The Business Academy offers hands-on training, workshops and coaching to build confidence and skills.
A total of 40 young people will take part, and at least 30 will complete the full training. They will gain business skills, grow their confidence and explore self-employment. The training helps them move forward in life – either by starting a business or getting their first job. After the project, others can use the same training programme in the Central Baltic region.
