On February 6th, participants from Latvia and Sweden joined a practical and inspiring digital meetup with Liene Žīgure, who, with her experience as both a job seeker and an employer, shared useful tips to help participants succeed in the job market:

-What employers really look for in candidates.
-How to match your strengths, values, and goals to your career.
-Simple steps to prepare and stand out in job applications.
