Your Future Profession

“Your Future profession” runs for 6 months, where 40 young people (18 to 25 y.o.) from Sweden and Latvia will have the opportunity to work with career counselors, mentors, determine their desired future profession, determine personality types, improve their CV and communication skills. The goal of the project is to promote competitiveness and development of innovation abilities, purposefulness, leadership skills, as well as self-determination. Project will provide the opportunity of being acquainted with at least 3 employers (networking and dialogues between counterparts of the labor market), and the possibility to become an employee or a start-up founder.
