  • Submission opens in Jems: October 10
  • Submission closes in Jems: October 31, noon Eastern European Time (EET)

The local deadline is noon for Finland (including Åland), Estonia, and Latvia, and 11:00 for Sweden.

Small projects offer the possibility to jointly solve issues on grass-root level. The small projects are limited by duration and budget size. To match the small size, their application and reporting is simpler.

We especially encourage the submission of small project proposals for two Programme Objectives, as their results are likely to be achieved with the approach of small projects.

Small projects can last up to 18 months. The maximum budget for a small project is 213,550 EUR.

Please review the Programme Manual and the Guide for Applying for a Project, available in the Key Documents section. These resources provide comprehensive information to help you prepare your application.

The submission of regular projects is done as part of the General call and the Targeted call. Second-step application phase continues for regular projects which were selected to proceed to the second step.

Decisions regarding the submitted regular project proposals were made by the Monitoring Committee on September 10 and 11, 2024. The list of project acronyms selected to continue to the second step was subsequently published on the programme website: First decisions made on the Fourth round of calls for regular projects.
