Digital meetup: “Where do I start? Present and future me”

Last week “Your Future Profession” participants from Sweden and Latvia joined an engaging digital session led by Johan Skjennum, the founder of “Systemhelse”. The session encouraged participants to reflect on their current selves and think more deeply about their future aspirations.

Johan introduced tools for self-reflection: The Jung Type Indicator (JTI) helped participants understand their personality strengths and blind spots, guiding better career decisions, communication and teamwork, as well as Johan shared a digital handbook to use for future reflections.

The program is implemented by “STARTcentrum” (Sweden) and the association “Impact Hub” (Latvia). The project is financed by the Interreg Central Baltic Sea Region Program 2021-2027. Project no. CB0500280.
