FINDING THE PERFECT SUIT with Monika Cālīte

Yesterday, “Your Future Profession” participants from Sweden and Latvia joined an insightful digital meetup led by Monika Cālīte an international speaker and professional growth coach.

The session focused on defining priorities: what is important, what participants would like to pursue, and whether there is demand for it. Participants analyzed their skills and explored both the role of an entrepreneur and that of an employee.

Conclusion: while passion is necessary, if a profession or product cannot meet a specific demand or solve a clear problem, we must rethink the chosen approach.
