Fostering International Collaboration: CulDif Participants Shine in Entrepreneurial Video Challenge

The CulDif project had an exciting February session, as participants from SAMK (Finland) and Vitatiim (Estonia) showcased their international collaboration skills through a creative video-making task. Over the course of one month, six groups worked together to produce a short video presenting a common business idea, combining their diverse perspectives and expertise. This task was designed to simulate real-world entrepreneurial challenges, encouraging participants to brainstorm, plan, and execute their ideas while navigating the complexities of multidisciplinary teamwork. By assigning specific roles and responsibilities within each group, participants learned how to manage tasks effectively, communicate across cultures, and meet deadlines. The project highlighted the importance of international collaboration in entrepreneurship, providing a unique opportunity for participants to develop practical skills that are essential for success in global business environments.

Through this hands-on exercise, participants gained valuable experience in teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, all of which are critical for entrepreneurial growth.
