This session is designed to give you clarity about the project, set the tone for the months ahead, and motivate you to make the most of this opportunity.

Ida is a Swedish entrepreneur who started her first company, Hyred, right out of high school. Hyred is an HR-tech platform that uses machine learning to make better recruitment decisions. Over five years, Ida expanded the company to four countries before it was acquired in June 2023. A self-taught software developer with an Executive MBA from London Business School, Ida now drives digital innovation at Coca-Cola HBC, is passionate about technology, leadership, and helping Gen Z create meaningful careers.
