The 2nd cycle of “Your Future Profession” has been officially kicked-off!
On May 6th, we started the 2nd cycle of “Your Future Profession” with an exciting online event, bringing together 40 participants from Latvia and Sweden, and marking the start of a 6 month journey of career exploration, skill development and growth.
We received inspiration in action by Ida Johansson (founder of Hyred and now a digital innovator at Coca-Cola HBC), who shared both her story and practical insights into entrepreneurship and professional growth.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Participants will begin one-on-one mentoring sessions with career counselors and start working closely with project mentors. In the coming months, they’ll also gain hands-on experience through STRIKE PRACTICES and internships at various companies.
The program is implemented by “STARTcentrum” (Sweden) and the association “Impact Hub” (Latvia). The project is financed by the Interreg Central Baltic Sea Region Program 2021-2027. Project no. CB0500280.
