Welcome the KICK-OFF speakers!
Belgin Alalinli. A consultant, speaker, moderator, and former intrapreneur at SEB, Belgin has spent her career nurturing young talent and fostering entrepreneurship. She is the founder of “Entreprenörstrappan”, SEB’s collaborative initiative to support and nurture entrepreneurship within Sweden. She also created “Entrepreneur Camp”, a five-day program where young people transform business ideas into real companies, and “Become Your Own Boss”, a school workshop designed to inspire students to develop their own ideas and consider future entrepreneurship. Her work has inspired thousands of young people to turn ideas into action.
Ida Johansson. Ida is a Swedish entrepreneur who started her first company, Hyred, right out of high school. Hyred is an HR-tech platform that uses machine learning to make better recruitment decisions. Over five years, Ida expanded the company to four countries before it was acquired in June 2023. A self-taught software developer, Ida recently completed her Executive MBA at London Business School and is passionate about technology, leadership, and helping Gen Z create meaningful careers.
