About the project
The goal of the “Silver Careers” project is to improve employment opportunities for people aged 55 and older in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland by strengthening their work-related digital skills, career management skills, and self-confidence in the labour market.
The project addresses the lack of digital skills, age-related barriers, and the underutilised potential of older workers.
As part of the jointly developed one-year training program, participants will take part in practical workshops, complete individual and team assignments, receive coaching, attend local and international training sessions, and participate in cross-border mobility activities.
To ensure that the training meets real workplace needs, employers will also be involved in the program.
