Work Ability Training Programme to kick off on October

Are you 50+ and working in industry, logistics or the service sector in Estonia or Finland?
Or are you an employer who wants to support experienced employees in staying healthy, skilled and motivated at work?

Timeless Talent Work Ability Training Programme provides an opportunity to invest in skills, motivation and ability to thrive at work for 50+ employees.
The programme helps participants to:

  • strengthen their work ability and motivation
  • update their skills and improve their competitiveness in the labour market
  • build their capacity to stay active in working life for longer

The programme welcomes 15 participants from Finland and 15 from Estonia and is delivered in the participants’ native language in both countries.
Over seven months (10/2026-04/2027), participants will take part in a combination of face-to-face meetings, online sessions and independent assignments designed to support your work ability, skills and motivation.

Registration for the Finnish programme is open throughout September and October 2026.

Partners’ meet-up in Tallinn Aug 17-18

The Timeless Talent project partners met in Tallinn on 17–18 August. During the two-day meeting, the LAB and ECCI discussed the structure and content of the Work Ability Training Programme to be piloted during the project. The meeting also covered key administrative matters and upcoming project activities, and us a great opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange ideas and build our collaboration.

The Timeless Talent project kicked off

The Timeless Talent project partners from LAB University of Applied Sciences and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI) met for the project’s official kick-off in Helsinki on 28th of May 2026. The meeting provided a great opportunity to discuss the project’s objectives and planned activities, build a shared understanding, and agree on the next steps for moving the project forward.
