Our key objectives include providing targeted resources and support to these aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering a network for mentorship and collaboration with business leaders, and advocating for societal and policy changes to create a more inclusive environment for senior entrepreneurship. Our ultimate goal is to establish a thriving ecosystem where the entrepreneurial potential of seniors is fully realized and valued.

The team behind the vision

Our team is comprised of highly skilled professionals with diverse expertise, ranging from accomplished entrepreneurs and seasoned business mentors to specialists in age-related questions. Our collective experience and expertise are pivotal in guiding these aspiring entrepreneurs towards achieving their business goals.

Anticipated results

  • Completion of the Smart Seniors Academy for Entrepreneurship program by 80 silver age individuals from the Central Baltic region, equipping them with comprehensive entrepreneurial skills.
  • Development and implementation of a joint Central Baltic entrepreneurship training program, including simulations and a suite of educational materials.
  • Initiation of individual and collaborative entrepreneurship projects, each demonstrating strong potential for implementation and success.
  • Engagement of at least 50 other organizations in project activities, fostering a broad network of support and collaboration.
