The Solutions for Age-Friendly Employer (SAFE) project unites four project partners from Estonia, Finland, and Sweden to enhance employment opportunities for older workers (55+).
As people continue working later in life, they often encounter ageism, which can manifest as prejudice, discrimination, or neglect. SAFE aims to counteract these issues by developing and promoting age-friendly practices and tools, ensuring that people are valued and supported in their professional environments regardless of their age.

Ultimately, the project will promote sustainable changes in the Central Baltic region, allowing older people to remain valuable contributors in workplaces, thus enriching both the culture and well-being of the work environment.
